Paul Ingleson
Engineering Manager
Paul is a Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years' experience in the design of mechanical and materials handling equipment for mining and heavy industries. He has held technical management positions for the last 15 years, leading engineering and project management teams on a range of multi-discipline projects.
With a broad range of design and project delivery experience, ranging from lime slaking and reagent facilities, to conveyors and elevators, Paul has had particular experience in the design of heavy duty belt and screw feeders, including bin isolation gates and service platforms.

Sebastien Poulinet
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Sebastien is Mechanical Engineer with 20 years' experience in both project management and design of mechanical and materials handling equipment. An accomplished mechanical designer, he held a lead role at Transmin for over 10 years, before joining Bulk Handling Technologies.
A specialist designer of mass flow and hoppers, Sebastien has also extensive experience in the design of flocculant mixing systems, lime slaking facilities and other reagent plants.

Conrado Bezerra
Mechanical Engineer
Conrado is a Mechanical Engineer with 8 years’ experience in the application, manufacturing, installation and operation of bulk handling equipment including large, hydraulic driven isolation gates. He held a lead role in Brazil as technical representative of a large Australian equipment manufacturer before joining Bulk Handling Technologies.
Conrado also has extensive experience in the application of hybrid chain-belt feeders, ball charging systems and lime preparation plants.

Steve Livsey
Senior Project Manager
Steve is a Senior Project Manager with 15 years' experience in project management and production management. Of the 15 years experience, 10 years have been in the manufacturing of bulk handling equipment at Transmin as a Senior Project Manager, before joining Bulk Handling Technologies.
Steve has project managed a broad range of bulk material handling equipment and process systems for a number of clients such as BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG, Ausenco and Lycopodium.

Chris Barge
Project Manager
Chris is an experienced Capital Project and Site Service Project Manager with a strong background in product design and drafting. Prior to joining Bulk Handling Technologies Chris was employed at Best Tractor Parts where he oversaw product design and engineering on behlf of clients such as Ausdrill & BHP.
Chris has been exposed to a broad range of equipment and materials handling technologies in mining and related industries and currently manages the site service of hydraulic and mechanical equipment for Total Rockbreaker Solutions.
Overseeing a team of trades personnel and site supervisors, Chris plans, manages and reports on routine maintenance and repair activities for rockbreaker boom system at Silvergrass East , Nammuldi and Channar, amongst other sites in WA.

Craig Lotriet
Project Manager
Craig is a Project Manager with a strong background in Procurement and Parts Interpretation.
Prior to joining Bulk Handling Technologies, Craig was employeed at Liebherr Australia. Where he worked within the Parts department supporting their mining equipment for various clients such as BHP, FMG, Thiess and Maca mining.
Having been exposed to a broad range of equipment and materials handling technologies, in mining and related indisutries.

Mark Cracknell
Capital Sales
Mark has experience in both Capital Sales and Project Management for a broad range of equipment and bulk handling equipment including Rockbreaker Boom Systems, Flocculant Mixing Systems, Lime Mixing Systems and Isolation Gates.
Before a short hiatus of recreation and rest, Mark was employed at Transmin initially as a Project Manager before channeling his creativity into Capital Sales for over ten years.
Mark has tendered a broad range of bulk material handling equipment and process systems for a number of clients such as BHP, Rio Tinto, FMG, Ausenco and Lycopodium.
